The TechRise Cohort 2 Project is an advanced digital skills training program for 850 Abia youths, by the Abia State Government and the 17 Local Government Mayors, in collaboration with LearnFactory Nigeria.
Championed by the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, along with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation; and the Ministry of Sports and Youth Development, the TechRise Project is proud to announce the flag-off for applications for the second cohort.
Participants get the following benefits
Free Training for 4 Months, 2 Months Internship & Mentoring, Job Placement, Certifications
Free 3 Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) for Duration of Training
Free Internet at Training Venue
Free Accommodation
Monthly Stipends
Admissions Criteria
Must be between 16 and 40 years old
Available for the duration of the full training program (4 months)
Has basic knowledge of computers - can switch on a computer, knows how to use a mouse and keyboard, can type on the computer keyboard
NB:- All Applicants will undergo a CBT Test of Proficiency on a yet-to-be scheduled date. Applicants will receive an SMS and email informing them of the date
